With midterms just recently coming to a close, many students are practicing self-care to recover from the heavy workload. We asked them:
What does self-care mean to you?
“Self-care for me personally: everybody needs to take the time to reflect a little bit. You need to take the time to self-reflect physically.” - Emily, freshman exercise science major
“I think self-care means taking time for yourself. Taking a break from studying and
doing something you love.” - Harsh, senior biology major
“Loving yourself and putting yourself before others at times.” - Francesca, freshman exercise
science major
“Making sure that you’re emotionally and physically healthy and making sure
you’re looking after yourself and you’re doing alright.” - Camila, freshman biology
major
