We talked to NSU students to find out what they thought of the latest event for the administration to hear their concerns, asking:
What do students think of Shark Connect?
“I really liked it, I liked knowing what was going on on campus, I liked how the students were able to ask questions, how their questions were addressed directly, not generally,” said Emma D., freshman elementary education major.
“I thought it was not helpful. I thought it was just information that could’ve just been sent in a newsletter. I liked that President Hanbury was there, but I think there should’ve been time for us to ask questions instead of the really long video,” said Amaya K., junior speech language pathology major.
“It was good, but I felt that some students weren’t asking the best questions. I think there were better questions that could’ve been asked,” said Julia L., junior neuroscience major.
“I thought it was really informative. I like knowing what is happening around the university, seeing what’s going on, seeing the state of the university, and things that are coming,” said Christina T., junior psychology major.
