Kick-off spooky season with on-campus Halloween events

Spooky season is here! Nova Southeastern University offers many different on-campus Halloween events for students who don’t want to go off campus or spend money to have fun and get into the Halloween spirit. Here are two that you can attend.

Friday, Oct. 28, “Commons Spookfest”: Sponsored by the Office of University Housing and Residence Life, the Commons Spookfest invites The Commons Hall residents to participate in a fun Halloween- themed event.
Where: Commons Courtyard
When: 7 p.m.
No RSVP needed.

Monday, Oct. 31, “Trunk or Treat”: Sponsored by the Office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement, “Trunk or Treat” is becoming a tradition at NSU. The event combines trick or treating with giving back to the community. NSU students and faculty bring their cars or set up a table with candy for trick-or-treating with Davie community’s children.
Where: Alvin Sherman Library North Circle
When: 5 p.m. RSVP in Sharkhub.

This week brings Halloween to the forefront of NSU’s campus. It provides students with accessible activities, fun plans for the holiday, and student-oriented events that promote engagement.
